Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in social service or education field (e.g., behavioral science, counseling, early childhood, human services, psychology, social work, or related field)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– A valid driver’s license along with auto insurance and reliable transportation
Preferred:
– Experience with providing supervision in a social service setting of at least 2 years
– Experience working with young children (0-3 years), special needs children, and/or families for at least 2 years
– A Master’s degree in Social Work/ Licensed Social Worker or another social service field

Job Description:
United Cerebral Palsy is looking to hire a full-time Program Manager to manage a multidisciplinary team providing services for children from birth to age 3 with developmental delays or disabilities in the Honolulu South area for Hawaii’s Early Intervention Services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Maintaining program compliance by meeting the Dept. of Health (DOH) Early Intervention Section (EIS)/ State/ Federal/ and United Cerebral Palsy’s (UCP) requirements. Holding accountability of program meeting Early Intervention standards and creating and implementing corrective action plans, as needed.
– Serving as a liaison between the state DOH-EIS, UCP administration/management, and multidisciplinary team.
– Providing performance and reflective supervision to staff quarterl, and as needed.
– Participating and facilitating early intervention, staff and UCP meetings.
– Creating and encouraging a positive work environment by boosting team moral and providing support where needed.
– Overseeing daily operations, collaborating with internal and external programs, and developing/implementing procedures for program efficiency and effectiveness.
– Addressing team’s and client’s questions, concerns, and feedback to improve work environment and program effectiveness.
– Completing recruitment and hiring process for program vacancies and providing training and evaluation for new hires during probationary period. As necessary, will complete termination process of program employees who fail to comply and complete their position requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
